SYNOPSIS

This week on El Desvelo we debate about an alarming issue in the life of Cubans: the construction of hotels in the absence of social policy, in particular investment in housing, health and education.

The recent rain storms have caused a significant number of landslides and at least three deaths, but it's not as if this were an occasional phenomenon.
